Gary.I enjoy ur blog it has a lot of info.from what i read u use the ellipticle some. Ive entered leadville, I ran it in 2004.but now in my 50s donte recover as fast anymore. I would like to know what ur training was the last time use ran leadville.l know u r a coach.Do u coach via internet? Thanks Brett

Carl Specking was the winner, and about the only guy in Lawrence who can regularly beat Grant Holmes. He works at Garry Gribbles, and, as demonstrated, is really fast. When I saw him, Grant, and Rick there, I knew there would be a good race at the front.
